ABOUT ME
As a systems trained therapist, I primarily see the world through the lens of relationships. My approach includes a deep understanding of my client's lives, and how all the pieces fit together to produce the current situation. I have worked extensively with couples, individuals, and families from all walks of life, and have partnered with them to help change what isn't working for them any longer.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

I began my journey into the field in college, where I received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from North Park University in Chicago. I attended Fuller School of Psychology in Pasadena, California where I received a Masters of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy. I took several courses in Theology and Integration, as well as completed additional certificates in Family Life Education and Prepare Enrich curriculum. I use Systems Theory, Gottman method, CBT/Mindfulness, Trauma Informed care, and a host of other evidence based practices to develop the best approach for each individual client.
